Seas the Day is the world’s largest female participation surf festival, held at Kingscliff Beach in NSW. This incredible two-day event brings together surfers of all levels, from first-timers to world champions, to celebrate the power of women in surfing and in life.

1. Promoter

The promoter is No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd (ABN: 29 616 222 354), located at 15/3 Macdonald Road, Ingleburn, NSW 2565.

2. Promotion Period

This promotion begins at 12:00 AM AEST on 14/04/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 16/05/2025.

3. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of No Pong, Surfing Australia, and their immediate families or agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, customers must complete the entry form hosted on the No Pong website during the Promotion Period. Entry form can be completed at any time during the Promotion Period. Bonus entries from purchases will only count if the form is submitted before the draw date.
• Each eligible form submission counts as one (1) free entry. One free entry per person. Duplicate form submissions will be removed.
• Every No Pong tin purchased from www.nopong.com.au during the Promotion Period earns an additional ten (10) entries.
• Purchases must be made using the same email address submitted in the entry form to be eligible for bonus entries.
• There is no limit on paid entries.
• Free entries alone do not require a purchase.

5. Prize & Value

One (1) major prize winner will receive a Seas the Day VIP Experience package for themselves and one guest, including:

• Return flights to Ballina or Gold Coast. Depending on availability.
• 3 nights twin-share accommodation (Fri–Sun)
• VIP access to Seas the Day Women’s Surf Festival, including:
• Breakfast & lunch at the event (Sat & Sun)

Total prize value: $4,999 AUD (will not exceed this amount)

Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Purchases that are refunded will not be eligible for bonus entries.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at 12:00 PM AEST on 19/05/2025 using a random selection tool, under supervision by the No Pong team. The draw will take place at No Pong HQ, 15/3 Macdonald Road, Ingleburn, NSW 2565.
• If the drawn winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, a redraw will take place at 12:00 PM AEST on 21/05/2025 at the same location (No Pong HQ, 15/3 Macdonald Road, Ingleburn, NSW 2565).

7. Notification & Publication

• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone.
• First name, last initial, and state will be published on No Pong’s website and social media.
• By entering, participants agree to be filmed and photographed if selected as the winner.

8. Data & Privacy

• Entrant details collected via the form will be shared with Surfing Australia for marketing purposes.
• If you do not want your details shared, please contact customerlove@nopong.com.au after entering.
• Data will be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Use of Winner’s Image

By entering, the winner agrees that No Pong and Surfing Australia may use their name, likeness, and images (photos or video) for promotional purposes, including on social media and websites, without further compensation.

General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the prize or entry process where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, provided the overall value and intent of the prize remain unaffected.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the process.

Prizes must be taken as stated and are not exchangeable.

If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, disruptions, or delays affecting entry.

If the promotion cannot run as planned (e.g. due to fraud, bugs, or technical failures), the Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend it, subject to regulatory guidelines.
