No Pong – Month of Love Giveaway Terms & Conditions (Week 1)

1. Promoter

The promoter is No Pong Natural Products Pty Ltd (ABN: 29 616 222 354), located at 15/3 Macdonald Road, Ingleburn, NSW 2565.

2. Promotion Period

This promotion runs from 12:00 AM AEDT on 01/02/2025 to 11:59 PM AEDT on 09/02/2025 Entries received outside this period will not be eligible for this promotion.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees of No Pong, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, customers must make a purchase from No Pong’s website (www.nopong.com.au) during the Promotion Period.
  • Each order placed during the week automatically qualifies as one entry.
  • Customers may enter multiple times by placing multiple orders within the Promotion Period.

5. Prizes & Winners

Five (5) winners will be selected at random and each will receive a gift hamper valued at $500, which includes:

Total prize pool for this week is $2,500 AUD (5 winners x $500 each).

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be randomly selected within 3 business days after the Promotion Period ends.
  • Winners will be notified via email or phone and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
  • If a winner does not respond in time, a new winner may be drawn.

7. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If any part of the prize is unavailable, No Pong reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

8. Publicity & Privacy

  • By entering, winners consent to No Pong publishing their first name and location (state) on our website or social media.
